SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME (DOMESTIC):

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. For custom frame orders, it may take 7-10 business days, depending on the process required to make the card and the quantity. Shipping time will vary based on locations and item availability. Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there are delays due to holidays or production issues, refunds or cancellations cannot be processed, as it is normal to encounter production issues with metal cards (buyers will be informed in such cases).

If there is a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additional days should be allowed for transit. If there is a significant delay in the shipment, we will contact you via email or telephone.

If you don’t receive your parcel for an extended period, please contact the shipping courier with your tracking code. For further assistance or unanswered questions, you can contact our team through email.

WRONG ADDRESS:

If an address provided is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address with you. In some cases, the order may arrive at the nearest post office due to an insufficient address. Buyers are advised to contact the local post office for retrieval. Monarch Metal Card takes no responsibility if products are lost during the return process.

We ship our products worldwide. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you are in one of those countries, we will contact you.

PROCESSING TIME:

Shipping time depends on locations, item availability, and Local Jurisdiction Regulations. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Delays may occur due to customs, flight cancellations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, and we are not responsible for such delays.

SHIPPING TIME:

International shipping will take 3 to 15 days for delivery, depending on the chosen service at checkout. Delays may occur due to customs holds, flight cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances, and we are not responsible for such delays.

DELIVERY:

In some cases, orders may arrive at the nearest post office due to an insufficient address. Buyers should contact the local post office to pick up their order. Packages are typically not signed for by the consignee. In some countries, packages may be left at Reception, Front Door, Post Box, or Locker, and buyers are advised to collect them. Monarch Metal Card is not responsible for stolen packages from these places.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

TRACKING INFORMATION:

If your tracking information shows no updates for more than a week, please contact us.

PACKAGING:

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will be sent in one package to save on shipping costs. If specified, items will be shipped separately, with additional charges.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES:

Monarch Metal Card is not responsible for any customs duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed after shipping are the customer’s responsibility. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged by your local customs office. Payment of these charges is your responsibility, and we are not responsible for customs-related delays. Shipments will not be released until customs duties are paid. Failure to pay may result in package destruction or return, with no refund.

DAMAGES:

Monarch Metal Card is liable for products damaged during shipping. If your order is damaged, please contact us at customerservice@monarchmetalcard.com with video proof of opening the package within 24 hours. A refund or replacement will be sent promptly.
