Service: Refers to Monarch Metal Card website.
Service Provider: Any natural or legal person processing data on behalf of the Company. Third–party Social Media Service: Any website or social network website through which a user can log in or create an account.
Usage Data: Data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the service or from the service infrastructure itself.

The Personal Identity Protection Act (CPRA) in California aims to safeguard individuals’ personal information by requiring businesses to implement reasonable security measures CPRA emphasized data minimization and purpose limitation, requiring businesses to collect only necessary personal information for disclosed purposes. It established the California Privacy Protection Agency (CPPA) to enforce and implement privacy laws, with increased penalties for violations, especially involving minors’ personal information.

Your California Privacy Rights: There is also a right to privacy in the California Constitution, under Chapter 1, Article 1, The proposed regulations: (1) update existing CCPA regulations to harmonize them with CPRA amendments to the CCPA; (2) operationalize new rights and concepts introduced by the CPRA to provide clarity and specificity to implement the law; and (3) reorganize and consolidate requirements set forth in the law to make the regulations easier to follow and understand. California Privacy Rights for Minor Users: The California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) builds upon the Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and introduces stronger provisions for protecting the privacy rights of minor users. It mandates opt–in consent for minors aged 13 to 16, requiring either the minor’s or their parent/guardian’s approval before selling personal information. Additionally, businesses must implement age verification measures, and violations of these provisions result in enhanced penalties, emphasizing the heightened importance of safeguarding the privacy of young users.
